Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us and we'll be happy to provide a FREE pre-paid return label for any order shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). All items, excluding our awesome collars and leashes: Return your order to us, in new condition, within 30 days of when the order was shipped and we'll process a full refund back to the original payment method. Customers from outside the contiguous United States are not eligible for return. Collar & leash returns: Return your order to us, in new condition, within 30 days of when the order was shipped and we'll process a full refund back to the original payment method. We do not accept returns on damaged collars and leashes. Collar & Leash Warranty: Our hardware, including buckles, screws, clips, and rings, is guaranteed for one year from the date the order was placed. Warranty does not cover wear and tear, it covers hardware failure only. Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. Your item will be repaired and returned, free of cost.
